- Single Folder - You can unzip all of these files into a single folder and use the naming convention to understand which
audio files go with which exercises.
- MP3 Player - You can copy these files to your MP3 player.
- Burn to CD - You can burn the audio files to CD or DVD in either MP3 or audio format. The audio files in MP3 format for
volumes 1 & 2 will fit on a single CD. Burn the audio files for volume 3 to it's own CD.
